Returns

You may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in original packaging where possible

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty

Faulty or Defective Items

All products are covered under our 1-Year iStock Kitchen Assurance.

If your product has a manufacturing fault or does not perform as intended:

  • We will review your case
  • We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate
